Cosima's Diaries

Diary Entry of August 17, 1877

Overview

While the writer handles lessons and domestic tasks, the composer still cannot fully return to work. A visitor presents material that worries him, reinforcing his sense that others are borrowing or misunderstanding his ideas and strengthening his determination to build a school of his own.
