Visit to the Albertina, particularly fine there: a head by Hans Holbein, then a female head by Bassano; Dürers. Resolve to visit frequently again.
R. had a wild night, dreamed of violent behavior on Hans’s part; he has noticed that I am preoccupied!
Visit to the Duke of Meiningen, spent the evening with R. in the hotel.
