Dearest Herr Voltz!
I again miss the item concerning Cologne, particularly the one of last March, as to which I inquired last time. You wrote me that you had received it in April, only after you had sent me the current revenue for the first quarter of the year.
Have there been no further performances of my operas in April and in the following months?
I hope for an immediate explanation as to this.
A permanent seat for all three performances will be reserved for you as my confidential business agent, and you will find the tickets ready for you on your arrival.
Kindest regards,
yours,
Richard Wagner
