Dear Minna!
Today, just before the rehearsal, I got your letter and Wesendonck's. During the rehearsal Eschenburg came to see me to say goodbye. Since Wesendonck wanted to have the program of the second concert with the translations and it would cost 2 shillings, 8 pence to mail it—because it cannot go under wrapper—it occurred to me to give Eschenburg two copies of it to take along. Keep one yourself, and give the other one to Wesendonck. I cannot write any more now: I'm very tired after the rehearsal of the A major symphony, and then Eschenburg is also leaving tonight.
Well then, until Tuesday after the concert! Many affectionate regards from
Your good
Richard
(Of course I've received the pills.)
