Diary Entry of July 29, 1874

Overview

The household enjoys a warm morning with guests before everyone disperses to their duties, and the day keeps shifting between conviviality and work. Financial worries intrude through a distressing letter from the publisher, yet the evenings still belong to music and the continuing completion of Gotterdamerung.
